Standard Sieve is circular unitary gyratory screens used to separate solid from solid, liquid from solid and gradation dependable on particle size. This is done by vibrating it in 3 different plans within the vertical axis mounted with vibratory motor.

Screw conveyor is mainly used for conveying powder and granular material on several type like incline, vertically and horizontal. SEFCON’s screw conveyor can be customised into different diameter, different length and different inclining degree according to users’ requirements. Variable speed of screw conveyor can be controlled by using variable frequency drive to transfer the material and increase/decrease the capacity of screw conveyor.

Belt conveyor is mainly used for conveying heavy & bulk powder and granular material on two types like incline and horizontal. SEFCON’s belt conveyor can be customised into different width, different length and different inclining degree according to users’ requirements and spaces of plant.  Belt conveyor consist of conveyor frame, conveyor belt, conveyor pulley, conveyor pulley, tension devices, driving unit and others component. Belt conveyor can transport material in bulk and bagged such as sand, coal, concrete, cement, fertilizer, limestone, bulk material, grain, stone, etc.

Magnetic system is design to attract foreigner particular material such as iron material, ferromagnetic material. It can be applied in various industries such as food industry, animal feed industry, chemical industry, etc.

Rotary valve is used to regulate the flow of a product, usually to reduce the flow rate to a level more suitable to the process being undertaken. Typical applications are for feeding a weighed hopper or for feeding a mill that can be clogged by the product. Available in mild steel, stainless steel and cast iron.

Butterfly valves are used to control and regulate or throttle the flow. They are characterized by fast operation and low-pressure drop. They require only a quarter turn from closed to full-open position. Available in cast iron and stainless steel body while seat can be EPDM and PTFE.

Diverter valves are processing valves designed to direct flow from an inlet to one of two or three outlets. They can also be used for flow control and to converge two lines into one. Diverter valve can be custom made in order to suit for existing line, besides that, they can be fabricated in mild steel and stainless steel material while the control can be manually control or pneumatic control.

Knife gate valve is a component that utilizes a blade to cut through clogging of heavy liquids; whereas a slide gate valve is a component utilizing a slide plate in order to better manipulate or control the flow of dry bulk material. Knife gate valves were originally designed for use in the pulp and paper industry. Body material can be provided in stainless steel and cost iron material while seat can be metal seat, EPDM and PTFE.  Besides that, it has two type of design which is completing with wheel and control manually while another one type which is pneumatic actuator operation.

Bag Dump Station / manual dumping station is design to reduce material and reduce flying dust as our bag dump station is reserved a point for dust collect。 Furthermore, bag dump station can be completed with screw conveyor, pneumatic conveyor, packing line and others in order to meet the needs and purposes.

Bucket elevator is to transport or elevate goods and materials from one place to another quickly and easily. The buckets are connected to a chain or belt which moves when the equipment starts to function and depend on the conveying product as well.
